i hate predicying the upcoming race...but right now with all of the patriots subtractions..does miami have a shot to win this division now? I dont see why not?

last year miami was just out of t with frerotte now with daunte at the helm theres no tellin how far well go

Well, to me, the Pats are losing a lot of pieces. Not that I expect them to tank, but I definitely think their dominance is at least over for now. Sure they'll plug in new pieces, but I'd expect some time for everything to come together again. Now is a nice time to catch them in the 2 man AFC east.

personally, i'm not going to say anything like that until after week 17. we don't win a prize for being the preseason favorite, so i don't see the use.

I know what your saying, and as much as i hate to say it, the patriots will still be a force to contend with in the division.

With that said, I think this year Miami has the best opportunity to claim the AFCE crown.

At the beginning of every year I predict to all my freinds and anyone else who asks about football that Miami will win the SB this season. It hasn't came true yet but I'm sticking with my tradition. This is the Dolphins year WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

You have a shot at the Division, sure. Everyone does. Now do you have a good shot? Yes. Also have a good shot. Do you have a better shot then the Jets and Bills, I would have to say Yes there too.

But unless the Pats are going somewhere, I wouldn't jump the gun. Granted you just added Culpepper. A Top 5 QB Pre-2005 season, who may or may not ever get back to that form. But the Pats still have Brady. A Top 2 QB, period.

So before you go on flaunting your new additions, still remember what you are up against. Granted the Pats have some losses, but as you can see from their 2004 SB win, they don't need stars to get it done.

This is still the Patriots division.

It depends...All the other AFC east teams have been very quiet in free agency so far....

But currently i think we have to be...

i think this very much depends on how Culpepper does this upcoming seaon and i hate to admit it but i dont think new england is quite dead yet, but there dying

Can somebody check a sportsbook so we can have the OFFICIAL #'s on who's favorite to win the AFC east?
