BIG WR and/or TE. Miami really need to address the red zone issues. We just don't score enough, and even when we do, we need to work 3x as hard as teams to do it. We really do have small WR's. I have to agree, if we draft a TALL WR or TE, our offense production goes up. (OBVIOUSLY)

We really need a stud Rb like - Jeremy Hill - there is no shame in having a Running back by committee - few guys can carry the load alone

We could also use a guard or two

Melvin Gordon of Wisconsin would be the guy I want. He's an ideal compliment to Miller. 2nd best back in the draft and should be there when we draft mid-late 1st

A fast WR who is 6'2 or taller would be ideal next year. Maybe they can clone Oronde Gadsden and start him?

Agree. A big number Two, not necessarily a field stretcher, but a big body WR as an end zone target. That's and a mlb is the need.

I'm on the big WR/TE bandwagon, but I'm also a firm believer in taking the best player available in the draft. Our D is 100% legit, but if the BPA is a pass rusher, LB, or DB I take him. That imo is how you build dominant teams... by assembling mass amounts of talent rather than drafting for need. If you keep reaching for players because you draft based on needs then eventually the good players are going to get old and slow down then you will end up with a bunch of mediocre to good players and stuck at 8-8 forever.

I Love Gordon RB Wisconsin, White WR West Virginia, McKinney MLB Mississippi State for first round possibilities. Though I'm starting to see now McKinney is being though of as only a 2 down thumper so maybe Gordon first, McKinney 2nd. What a wet dream those two would be.

I like White, but don't love him. I don't think he always plays to his size and not sure how physical he can be in the NFL. I know everyone loves Cooper but my favorite receivers in this draft for Miami would be Jalen Strong and DeVonte Parker. White and Cooper are more developed as route runners, but I think Strong and Parker are going to be very good. Strong reminds me of TO and both he and Parker have attitude of Larry Fitz that once the ball is in the air it's theirs.

The player's who I think could be available for Miami are 1) Tevin Colman-RB-Indiana, DeVonte Parker-WR- Louisville, Jalen Strong-WR- Arizona State, Shaq Thompson-LB-Washington and and PJ Williams-CB-Florida State. I think all would be strong considerations when Miami comes on the clock.

Best player available. The team is moving beyond the point where they just have to go after positions of need.

We're going to beat this the rest of the season. I've seen this post more in the last 3 weeks than I've seen posts hating on Tannehill or Philbin. Wonder how many times it will be posted after every game.

Honestly, I think we are fairly good at the skill positions in this offense, at least to the point that we don't need to draft role players early. I'd much rather see early picks go toward a stud LB, and anchor LT or a shutdown corner for the long term. The way this offense is set up, I don't believe you necessarily need a situational skill players. Just get an impact guy. Get the big receiver or the bruiser RB later in the draft.
