Miami needs to clean this mess up. Only one way to do it...

Unfortunately, this disaster can only be corrected one way, imo.... And that is to clean house. New GM, coaches as well as no more Martin and Incognito. The perception is the Philbin has failed as having control of the locker room and Ireland being a joke of a GM in league circles. The future doesnt look bright for Miami, at least not at the moment.
 
Maybe your agenda says that, but that's not the way it works in the NFL. How many coaches have had real scandals involving murders, rapes, drunk driving, dog fighting, tripping of players on the field, and so on but kept their job.

The way Miami cleans this up is by supporting their 52 players that didn't walk out on the team, show they support their fans, and win games. Martin is a snake and is being exposed as such

This story is totally overblown , there are stories far worse than this that have occurred in the locker rooms, that have never leaked out.

Nothing illegal occurred.

I recently watched Barry Sanders, a football life, I suggest everyone watching this. This guy is such a smart guy, and in my opinion, the best running back to play the game. His team was changing and going in a different direction and he made the decision to never play again. He said, he didn't have the love for the game any more and walked away from the game, and the records.
 
Why I hate threads like this suggesting a clean house approach when something mildly bad happens is because it admits defeat. A pansy ass entitled loser like Martin can huff and puff causing many of you to want people to lose their job over it. Be a man when your in the right, stand firm to your organization and beliefs, and don't tear it all down because somebody complains.

Also, don't use events like this to boast your agenda. You don't like the FO, fine. Just don't use this fake outrage to forward that disdain. Nothing that happened in Miami is out of the ordinary in the NFL. Calling for somebody's job over it is just childish
 
Yeah why clean out right now? because 2 players use foul language when texting each other? Da Fuq?

So you think the public will think Miami did the right thing but also firing the accuser Martin? That is his reward for speaking out against bullying and racial attacks? I think everyone else you mentioned
should be gone but letting Martin go will bring the media's rath down on the orginization even harder than its already been.
 
Its funny you write this as the table turn a bit. I think your more scared of losing your dream of blowing this team up.

So far, I am only for getting rid of Ireland. Philbin take his lumps, and come back. Alot of this stuff was offield, and coaches are not required to find out everything going on outside and certainly cant be held responsible for a guy who showed no signs of leaving or having problems.

That is only fair.

once again, wait until the league comes out with everything, if they even choose to do so, which they may not, in order to protect themselves.

Jonathan Martin is showing signs of not taking this further, but who knows? Once again, he is silent. And the rest of the world is waiting.

And Ben rothlisberger did worse than this. Their coach did not suffer anything resposibility wise.

This is a public relations nightmare for the dolphins and there isn't going to be any quick or easy way out of the mess for the orginization now.

What Rothlisburger did was away from the facility on his own time, that is a big difference as it pertains to upper management.
