Miami not nervous

You people calling evryone chicken little and overeacting are real pie in the sky fans. I mean really??? What has this franchise done to instill any confidence, that they can get this done. Its not panic, its realism. Throw out the aqua glasses. And Flynn lol, no thanks at his price. The choice between Manning and Flynn is like Filet Mignon or getting kicked in the balls.

I don't think the front office is incompetent. My worry is that Manning doesn't have the Dolphins on his short list, has nothing to do with how good or bad the front office is.

The only logical reason for Peyton to completely ignore the dolphins would be because of the reputation of the dolphins FO, especially if your going to seriously consider a denver or an arizona. Its not like were competing against the texans or steelers or some team that is on the edge and has more talent.
 
It's because the MEDIA is being shut out, and are using comments from so called ppl close to Manning as sources. It's kind of sad really.

If thats the case then why the blatant disrespect, not necessarily from you, but "fans" on the board? Its obvious that Mr.Ross has been making an attempt to improve the team....but just like jaded lovers people keep on bring back things from the past. Of Course if Manning does come here it will be those same people that proclaim they had confidence the whole time and ofcourse if Manning is not as good for what ever reason injury etc..They will be at the front of the line saying we should have went all in for Flynn or RG3.

Has nothing to do with reputation. Jets, Seahawks, Chiefs, Redskins, Titans, among many others couldn't even get Manning to look their way. At least it was reported that Manning considered making a trip to the Dolphins.

Ross wants to win and he is doing everything he possibly can to try and make that work. When you swing for the stars you don't always get what you want. The Cardinals and Broncos are also swinging for the stars and one of them is going to come away empty handed. If people want to bash Ross for not getting Manning, they need to bash the Cardinals or Broncos if they fail also. There are a lot of uneducated football fans in this world, and their voice usually seems much louder then educated ones.
