During his NFL Combine interview, Auburn DE Stanley McClover said he met with the Miami Dolphins at the Combine.

apparentley has blazing speed like lawson and a GREAT DE for the 3 4 OLB.

I wouldn't mind if we got a good DE in the later rounds. If we lock up a QB, OT, S, or OLB (I'd prefer fellow Bruin Havner), then we can start picking BPA for spots like DE.

read about him, has GREAT upside and has amazing speed for rushing but will be a great OLB for a 3 4 Defense. he isn't just a DE but a lawson type player. considered a huge steal in the draft, so far around a 3rd rounder.

I'm not doubting you but how do you know? I'd love to have him if he is considered a steal and we take him in RD 3 thats 2 steals in rd 3 two years ina row. CC and McC. that would be awesome

Stanley McClover also played High School football at Dillard,so i guess that it could be considered some kind of homecoming if he went to the Dolphins.

he's a freak of nature when it comes to athletic ability but i think that he would've been a 1st round lock in 07 if he didn't come out early.he was hurt most of last year so he only has a handfull of starts under his belt.

i think that he could be a solid OLB in a 3-4 or a very solid DE in a 4-3 within a season or two.i also think that he could easily be one of the top 2 or 3 pass rushers in the league before his career is over if he continues to develop as a player and i'd love to see him playing for the Dolphins.
