This Miami team has the mental fortitude and never say Die attitude that NO MIAMI TEAM HAS HAD SINCE THE 70's!!!

This team is Battle tested from the wars this year. Despite what the TV critiques say, who never really watch all of the Miami games so they have no idea about the mental
make up of this team say. Miami will absolutely Beat the Ravens.

Another thing all of the critiques who are picking Miami to lose against the patsies next week. But they are forgetting one thing...
Didn't Miami already hand them their you know what last time they played? This team can and will do it again.

So if your doubtful of the Fins, change your thinking and BELIEVE!
Fan support is critical so is Fan Belief! So Believe.

Must win.

If Baltimore gets the running game going, it's over. Have to shut that down early. Baltimore won't (or shouldn't) win with Flacco throwing the ball 40+ times. On offense, we have to stay ahead of the sticks. No secret that the Baltimore secondary is vulnerable.

I think so. It's ridiculous listening to the analysts that are so easily chalking this up as a win for the Ravens. I have mentioned several times the AFC Norths schedule emulates the Dolphins 2008 schedule.

Wins:

Steelers
Browns
Panthers
Bucs
Falcons
Titans
Saints

Losses:

Bengals
Colts
Bengals
Steelers
Chargers

I'll emphasize the Chargers loss being at home with a 1pm start. To me, that's not an overly impressive resume.

We played Baltimore well last year, and I expect the same this year. This will be another 4th quarter game imo.

We shut down their running game last year in the 1st half and had 13-6 lead at halftime. They came out in second half and stuck with the run despite modest success in 1st half. In the second half those 2 yard runs started turning into 1st downs runs. They dominated us the the 2nd half. Offense forgot to come out of the locker room and made few plays when needed. I hope we learned out lesson from that game and come to play a full 60 minutes and maybe more.

The real reason we lost that game last year was the refs. Those were the most ridiculous pi calls and non-calls.

If we are within 7 points at Halftime, we will win that game. I can't recall a time where this team has been so effective at making halftime adjustments. It's why we lead the league in 3rd quarter points. In fact, once we got to halftime against the Jets and it was only 10-3, I knew it was our game.

I don't agree that this team has the mental fortitude not seen since the 70's. 3 losses in the final minutes and seconds thanks to a bend and break defense and poor coaching. A 3 point win over a 2-10 team. We need to win these 3 home games, or it's the same story we've watched many times.

Will the Coaching staff stop calling for pooch kicks resulting in short field position? Will the Kicker stop looking scared to death he will have to attempt a run of the mill 40 yard FG?

That is some serious holes to fill on a short week schedule...

This team has 3/4 remaining games at Home. You have to win those Games and get to 10 Wins, it would be nice to beat the Pats too. But tough on the road. If this team is "like" the 70's fins they win all 3 games at home. Get back to me after that...

Lol. Mental fortitude? What team have you been watching? This team have up 212 yards to the ****ing JETS in one half on the ground. Forsett will eat this defense alive.

I caught a little heat for saying that I didn't think there was any way that Miami could beat Denver, it turns out that we fared much better in that game than I thought we would, but ultimately lost. With that in mind, I DO believe that Miami will beat the Ravens this Sunday. The media is trying to shoe the Ravens in as a can't miss playoff team, when in reality, they are a lot like us IMO. They are dangerous and can play with any team, but a lot of times they play down to their competition. I think Miami and Baltimore both have the talent and desire to make the playoffs. Our run defense has been soft recently, so Justin Forsett must be licking his chops. On the other side, the Ravens have a miserable, patchwork secondary that can be exposed. In the end, I think Miami steals a close one away from Baltimore, then goes on to win 2 of the last 3 (we are not beating the Pats in New England when they are playing for Home Field...sorry).

I just wish folks on Finheaven would temper their expectations and enjoy this team's progression. We are not a Super Bowl caliber team yet, but we will have a very good shot at making the playoffs if we beat Baltimore. Then in the offseason we can continue building and eventually acquire enough talent to turn this team into a Super Bowl contender. This game against Baltimore means everything folks. It is essentially a playoff game because the loser can hang it up for the season more than likely. I live in Richmond, Va, which is only a couple of hundred miles from Baltimore, and believe me when I say that I do NOT want to hear the Ravens fans running their mouths after this is over. Go Fins!
