Decent mock, although if we wait until the 3rd round to address the corner position, we could be in trouble.

Could very well happen that they do wait till the 3rd. I mean the FO may value getting in an OLB, ILB, NT and G more than obtaining a CB or WR. Based on last years draft, where CB and WR were needs going into the draft, neither were addressed, which makes me believe the FO might leave it after the 1st two rounds to start looking at CB's and WR's.

I would look for a future RB in rounds 4-6. RW can't play forever.

I would also look for a T/G combo draft pick for back up. With the signing of Grove I don't see us drafting a C.

Unger will prolly be gone before our 2b.. i think the most adequate of your picks is the Terrance Taylor

I know a lot of people are speculating that Parcells loves Matthews, but I just have a hard time imagining them spending a first rounder on a player with one year of production, especially a guy surrounded by as much talent as Clay was. Just completely goes against everything they've said and done in the past.

I don't think Unger will be there at 2b, but if he was I agree he'd likely be the pick.

I would prefer to take a corner with 1 or 2nd rounders. and then another late in the draft

ok so what about this

1. kenny britt, wr...gives us a big wr target and end zone target, this is assuming nicks and vontae davis are off the board

2a. sean smith, cb...big, physical cb who could push for a starting job

2b. cody brown, lb...a guy to pressure the passer and has a good attitude...could bulk up in our offseason program and become dominant

3. kraig urbik, g...blue collar guard who gives us much needed depth

4. dorell scott, dt..big nt sleeper who may be around at this pick

5. frantz joseph, lb...local product, self made player and tackling machine with a good motor

6. don carey, cb...sleeper cb with good physical tools, BP takes a flyer on him

7a.stryer sulak-depth

7b. john phillips-depth

not a fan of matthews that high, olb is not our biggest need and better players on board. actually like unger, mickens, taylor and carey though
