DA M.I.A IS WHERE I STAY
1.)RaShede Hageman, DT out of Minnesota(6'6",318)
-Very high upside
-Big, yet surprisingly lean
-Excellent at disrupting the run
-Pretty decent blitzer
-Great girth and strength
-Although 318, he looks like he can add more muscle
-Pairing him up next to Odrick would make for a killer tandem
-Gets a strong punch
-Can attract dbl teams
-Can get better at disengaging
-Good, but not a great blitzer
-Questionable competition
-Boom-or-Bust player
-A strong technique would go a long way
2.)Jack Mewhort, RT out of Ohio State(6'6",309)
-With the signing on Albert, it might be wise to get a RT w/ LT experience
-Should be able to come in and perform right away
-Good scheme fit
-Good feet, moves em well
-Good run blocker
-Not the best athlete
-Technique can use to work
-Can get stronger
-Limited room for growth
3.)Stanley Jean-Baptist, CB/FS out of Nebraska(6'3",218)
-Very skilled and instinctive ball-hawk
-Moves smoove for some one his size
-Plays with a lot of free range, which is what intrigues me with a switch to Safety
-Some teams avoided throwing in his coverage
-Favorite player in the draft...looks like he belongs in a Seahawks uniform
-I see Kam Chancellor in him
-Bit of a tweener
4.)James Wilder Jr., RB out of Florida State(6'3",233)
-Very vicious runner
-Looks to punish defenders
-Play-makers mentality
-Excellent blend of size & speed
-Came out early,so limited contact to the body
-Upside is still high
-Caught 19 balls for 2 TD's in 2012 with 136 yards(7.6 YPC)
-Because he's so aggressive, you have to be weary of potential injuries
-Very Inconsistent
-Frustrating player, as you would think he'd dominate a lot more
-Has good speed for his size, but not elite
-Doesn't seem to have natural vision
-Plays through athleticism mostly
5.)Trai Turner, RG out of L.S.U(6'3",314)
-Potential late round jewel
-Excellent run blocker
-Strong at the POA
-Good value
-On the smaller side in terms of size
-Pretty stiff
-Limited experience
-Needs refining in technique
-Not that great of a scheme fit
6.)Matt Patchan, T/LG out of Boston College(6'6",300)
-Ran a 4.97 at Combine & bp 225 22 times, same as Su'a Filo irrc
-Experience among many position
-Would provide nice depth
-Theres upside, but how much
7.)Austin Franklin, WR out of New Mexico State(5'11",189)
-Put up huge numbers in 2012 with over 1,200 yards receiving on 9 TD's
-Very young, with good upside and ability
-Put up 4 100 yard receiving games(3 in a row)
-Dynamic in almost every role he's in
-Very versatile player; remind me of Randall Cobb
-Explosive athlete
-Offers immediate ST help
-Probably might regret coming out early
-Not the biggest guy
-Really skinny, has to add some kind of mass to last
-Injury concerns
-Jack of all trades, but can he commit to WR?
-Competition?
-Needs to show he can be more than a burner
-Very high upside
