Here is a copy of the mail I received about it. Have not used the service so I don't know what it is like. It's a lot of money to be spending....maybe I will just do it the odd week (when my wife is away!!)

Yahoo and the NFL have come up with an agreement that will allow NFL Fans in the UK to access an exciting new service which will let them watch live NFL games on the Internet. NFL Game Pass will allow football fans outside of North America to watch nearly every NFL game live and in its entirety.

The agreement marks the first time the NFL has made a full season of games available to fans via the Web, and it means that for the first time in this country you will be able to follow your favourite NFL team’s season in its entirety using NFL Game Pass.

The internet service mirrors almost exactly the NFL Sunday Ticket package that football fans in the USA have enjoyed for the last decade, and it will ensure that no matter where you are, you can watch not only your team, but all the other big games of the week. If your own team is blowing out their opposition, switching to another exciting game is just a matter of clicking your mouse.

The new online subscription service will charge fans a fee of $24.99 per week or $249.99 for the entire 17-week NFL regular season and each game will also be available in archived format up to 24 hours after its conclusion.

If you sign up in time for opening weekend you could enjoy all 12 games not being shown by Sky or Five this weekend – and NFL Game Pass is the only way that fans in the UK will be able to access live coverage of Sunday Night’s Manning Bowl, which will see brothers Eli and Peyton square off when the Indianapolis Colts travel to the Big Apple to take on the Giants.

To sign up for this service, click here. You can also use this link to test the quality of the picture on offer with NFL Game Pass, and to view the minimum system requirements for the service.

That first link is interesting to me. It is extremely cheap considering the pound and the dollar are pretty close in terms of exchange rates. Plus, you pay through pay pal so it should be secure. I'd really like to know if anyone tries this cause I would very much be interested.

I don't know the site in question, but when I was searching for a place that streamed games I came across a very similar site offering the same for about the same amount.
This was last year and I think it was called watchfootball.net or something.

All I got when I paid was an instruction on how to download and use sopcast.. Which is free..

So be very careful about what you pay for...
