What do you think Miami's D would look like in a 3-4 scheme. What are some ways to utilize Dion in the 4-3 scheme because his talent is just being wasted.

3-4? When you play a 3-4, you need to have more good LBers than DL. And typically a mountain of a man in the middle @ NT.

Not sure we have that.
