Well FinFan's theory is reasonable, and yes I do believe we will be an elite team in 07 and we go to and win the superbowl that year, do you know why? Thats the year its down here.

It's also the year I graduate high school :rawk:

Dolphins will beat the AFC East up this year

Sweep the Jets

Beat Buffalo once, lose once

Ditto with New England ^^^

This is off topic but Bills fans how do yall think ur team will do with a "rookie" QB?

It's imbecilic to always predict that team rivals will have poor seasons just because you don't like them. Realistically, the Bills shouldn't do too poorly this year. Their defense and special teams are rock solid, and their running game should be pretty good.

The question remains in the passing game: JP Losman, and the O-line. He has the receiving core to be productive, JP just has to make it work.

I see them being anywhere in the range of 8-8 to 12-4; even if JP has growing pains, he has a very good defense to carry him.

So the Bills are like a mirror-image of us,

  • Uncertain QB
  • Uncertain O-line
  • Great running game
  • Great Recieving core
  • Great Defence
lol funny how things work.

Panthers 1-15....

One Year later: Go to the superbowl...

U cant tell whats goona happen...They can win the superbowl this year...who knows

Well, I wouldn't say mirror image.

The running game isn't great yet, it certainly wasn't last year. If we can say the Bills are uncertain at QB, they can say the Dolphins are uncertain at RB. McGahee had more than double the yards in 11 starts than anybody on the Dolphins team. Granted, Ronnie should definitely improve the running game, but he is unproven in the NFL as of yet.

Also, Chambers and Booker aren't Moulds and Evans. The Dolphins do have the superior tight end, even if the Bills TEs were healthy.

The Dolphins defense has weakened from what it once was; the secondary has seen better days. I'm afraid the Dolphins can't afford to give up big plays like an Indianapolis, or maybe a Kansas City, but unless the secondary can step it up and surprise us all, it may be inevitable.

This is why my hopes aren't too high for the Dolphins this season, but they made huge strides in rebuilding the front office, which will in turn make this a better team in the long run.

I didn't read all the previous posts, but the bottom line The 2005 Dolphins will kick @ss:xii: :happydrin :beerbang: :drinkers: , take names, and be a big time spoiler for playoff teams in the AFC!
