I keep reading about #1 receivers and it got me to thinking Who was Miami's last #1 receiver? I quickly thought OJ McDuff but i'm sure back then people were saying hes a #2, kinda like writers are saying about Ginn. Maybe Irving Fryer? (sp) So I ask you guys, who was our last #1 receiver? Thanks in advance

Irving Fryar or maybe Tony Martin.

Chambers was good, but he always seemed more of a #2 to me, ditto for McDuffie.

I think I have to agree with Fryar.

Chris chambers is a Number 1 WR he just never had the QB in miami to shove his real skills

Oh man, gotta be Irving Fryar. Talk about a fun WR to watch. Puts a smile on my face just thinkin' about it!

I liked Chambers also but didnt he get moved because he wasn't a #1. Tony Martin.. Thats one I haven't thought of for a long time.

Chris Chambers had #1 potential...but was far too inconsistent. You can see this in San Diego. He has taken a back seat in favor of Vincent Jackson on the west coast.

I would say Irving Fryar as well.

He was a #1 receiver in 2005 although even then he put up almost 40% of his yards in a three game stretch.

If we were talking about #1 busts at WR..then Boston would definitely be on top of that list..or close to the top.
