WTF is wrong with Crabtree! I mean the guy is whant assing about 16 million garneted money as well as losing a years experience in the league. What a flaming douche bag in my opinion what other career does he have a chance to make that kind of money in that amount of time. Some people just need to learn a few things about life in general.

He thinks he will get drafted in the top 5 next year. He'll be lucky to get drafted in the top 2 rounds next year if he holds out this year.

How big of a moron do you have to be to turn down $16M in favor of not playing football for a year and hoping to be picked higher the next? He deserves whatever he gets. If he blows out a knee between now and then, he doesn't have my sympathy. And if someone picks him in the 1st round next year, they are bigger morons than Crabtree

Think he has some people around him giving him bad advice, which I think is partly responsible for this.

I would take the contract now because I got a feeling he might fall in the second round next year. He won't be able to participate in combines/meet with other teams/work outs or anything till Draft Day when he gets picked up by another team. Not sure what's his income now but I'm pretty sure sitting on your *** for a year won't help your athleticism.

When I saw all the diamonds this guy wore to the draft I had a feeling he would be an issue but nothing nearly this bad. Only thing worse than what hes doing right now are all the fans wanting to trade for this douche.

Sounds like Crabs read his own press clippings, surrounded himself with a bunch of low class shuxters, and then wonders why he's not getting paid....Talk about overestimating your own worth....

Maybe somebody is promising to pay more if he reenters the draft...I couldn't imagine any other scenario of why he would carry on like this other than being just plain ignorant.

I cant imagine another team using a top 10 pick on him next year. I hope it isnt us. Somebody in his life with good sense needs to sit him down and bring him to reality.

Al Davis.......:chuckle:

Crabtree is playing chicken with the wrong man. Mike Singletary wont budge.

Personally its his life and he is not hurting anybody. Was a great college football player and would not mind him being a dolphin. He just comprehend how jacked up the draft can go. The draft is not about who is the best player and yes the difference in contracts is pretty jacked up but what can u do.

the guy is just the next in a series of overhyped rookies who has begun to believe the hype surrounding them.

Al Davis.......:chuckle:

Problem is, Al Davis is the idiot who passed him up in this year's draft and took another receiver out of nowhere. I don't think Crabtree can even count on him.

Believe it or not, it would be just like Bellichek to somehow get this guy and then make the rest of the league wish they picked him up when he turns out to useful in NE.

Either that, or Jerry Jones would, and he can pay him since the NFL won't have a salary cap next year.
