I think we'll be lower than that. If that is the case though, I say trade up!

I think we'll be picking 6-7...

But, out of everyone you mentioned, no question AJ Hawk is the BPA. He's an amazing LB. Big, strong, tough, instinctive..

I like Jimmy Williams as our pick there. I think he is the BPA.

You should have him on your poll.

I like him too but I actually think he will be gone before we pick.

I went with the DT from Oregon...though not an easy decision.

From the list of player available:

A.Hawk
H.Ngata
M.Kiwanuka
J.Williams
M.Huff

But Huff is on his way up my board. Williams doesn't have the speed to play corner at this level from what I've seen of him vs Georgia Tech, Boston College, & Miami.

I wouldnt be at all upset drafting Kinuwaka or however its spelled since imo he is the best DE in the draft but I dont think its a real need and I dont think Saban will go that route. Id like to see Ashton Youboty (CB), a LT, or a LB, in rd 1 with safety Michael Huff in early rd 2....of course thats permitting he lasts that long.

I had a hard time not picking Ngata and Scott, but I had to go with Hawk as BPA.

Uh, Ernie Sims... stay in school, buddy.

If the team is picking in the 15-20 range, I think they'll be higher but hypothetically if they are I think Darnell Bing if he came out from USC would be the BPA at a position of need.

I don't wanna start another Rivers thread but would anyone else not be opposed to trading a top 15 pick to get him?

does ANYONE think that many LBs will be taken in the 1st round next year? 8?!

:shakeno:

too high. he shouldn't have gone that high in the 2004 draft to begin with.

I picked Darnell Bing

He may not be the BEST pick but he would be a very good one at a position that we really need..

I would have picked CB though if there was one on there

He would've gone 11th at worst. Most teams had him rated as the 3rd best Qb but SD had him as the best, so I would've assumed if SD stayed at 1 and Manning agreed to play there he would've gone 1, Roethislinberger 4, and Rivers 11. If he is available, would you not rank him 2nd behind Leinart, w/o bringing Jrs. into the conversation?
