Believe me when I tell you that we have caused the Jets fans more pain than they have to us.

Coaching (DW), or lack thereof, and QB play in the 2nd half led to that debacle.

off topic question - how do I get one of those blue box thingies (technical term) when I quote someone.

I was at that game. I HATE JET FANS. But in all honesty it was a good football game. I got cheer a bunch of times only to be destroyed in the end. But it was better than last years monday night horror.

nah, it was a total choke job by the defense. You have a lead that big, you have to hold it, no excuses.

Doesn't coaching have something to do with that? DW coached not to lose. He would become very conservative when trying to preserve a lead.
Remember, that's what happened against the Pats 4 yrs ago. They blew an 11 point lead with 5 min. left in the game (the fortunes of both teams turned on that day). Fiedler couldn't complete a clutch pass in that quarter to get a first down and the defense couldn't stop the Pats on 3rd down.
I remember DW pacing nervously up and down the sidelines. Then they'd pan over to Belichick and he looked calm, cool and collected. He didn't let the pressure of the game alter his philosophy or strategy.

some people, myself included, fell asleep and missed the end. I thought some one would be curious that's all.

You are among the lucky ones....

When Jumbo Elliot caught that touchdown pass my remote control was in about 30 pieces...I have been more upset about loses before but, I don't think I have ever been that pissed off....
