The 6"0 215 lbs. out of Arizona was undrafted this year and had 953 yds on 200 carries whth a 4.8 avg now he was named starter
i want to here what yall think. Is this just to motivate Dayne and Tatum Bell or is it just because its preseason or is this for real.i know they always take a rookie and have him rush for 1000 yds or close.

Undrafted rookie and he would still run for 1300 yards in denvers system. Maybe this is just a stunt that will fire up Tatum bell beacuse he is obviously the man Denver wants to run full time but he just hasnt stepped up and taken the job

With that line he will be rookie of the year. I kinda wonder weather or not I should pick him up on one of my fantasy teams

yeah this would suck if he was named starter because i went ahead and got Ron Dayne and Tatum Bell just to secure a Denver RB for my fantasy team. I do got Ronnie Brown though.

I watched him here guys, there has to be a curve ball here.
I think this really talks down Dayne and Tatum Bell more than anything.

I figured him to be a journeyman 3rd down type of back more than anything.

He also had some SERIOUS character issues while here in Tucson. His own college team-mates didnt want to have anything to do with him.:shakeno:

I don't think Tatum Bell has impressed Denver much, he had breakaway speed but doesn't get tough yards and Dayne needs a giant hole befor he does anything, be interesting to see what Mike Bell can do

kind of.

Denver has come to the conclusion that Tatum Bell is not an everydown back (mainly because he's either going to get you a lot of yards, or no yards). Dayne can't get tough yards either, despite his size.
