News around Chicago is that the Bears will not bring him back due to emerging Safties and injuries the last 3 seasons. He is a very good hard hitting, very smart safty... he does get injured but it's alway on the field not in practice. He will be a huge boost to our secondary and if Allen can ever get his head out his *** we will have a nice dou. Lets hope they go after him, in the range of 2-3 million a year and , yes he will make more plays than our overpriced defenders we have already.

There is a little truth in every rumor .

No thanks we got enough injury prone players on our team as it is imo.

Mike Brown is better the Tillman injured though.Wouldn't hurt to bring him in, if Da Bears release him.

I like Brown, but I don't want anymore injury "risks" on our team.

off topic: ice how the heck do you have over 15k posts already !!!!!

Si I guess since the season is over all we can do is speculate who can or cant bring to the fins. People the season is not even in its halfway point, isn't a little premature to start these kind of threads? Lets talk about the issues that are a concern to the team today and not some stupid predictions on players, that are "on their way" out in their teams. As a matter of fact I bet that all these predicitons of players coming or not here will be incorrect and they problably end up someplace totally different. The season is not over yet, even if we end up with a losing record! (Which is problably the case)

just what we need another bunged up, broke down, "player" riding the pine.............GEEZE:shakeno:

No Thanks, He's full of injuries. A good player but cant stay healthy. Every season its something. Its like having a sports bike than you never can ride, not good!!!

In His Defense... People Dont Really "Stay Injuered" They Just Get An Injury Or Two In A Row... So Hes Probably More Likely to Finish His Career Healthy Rather Than Be Injuered Again, If, Of Course He Gets OVer This Injury 100%.

Now... Its Stupid To Make Connections With Him... Yes, We Do Need Secondary Help, But No,Hes Not Released, and Even If He Does Get Released... That doesnt Mean Well Pick Him Up.. It Would Be Help... But At This Point, I Doubt Very Seriously It Would Happen.

He's a free agent so no he wont be released, and him for 6 games is better than any safty we have for 16. He's been hurt the last three season as he is a big hitter and always around the ball, not like our current safties. Just a solid pick up in my opinion, its up to Saban and the staff to make that choice, other wise most of us smart guys would be in the nfl making these moves, which none of us are including myself... just relaying what is being said in Chicago.
