Just said that whatever happens in Miami will not happen quickly and Ross is undecided on what to do with Gase.

Not sure where the info is coming from, but sounds like Ross still doesn’t know what he is going to do. Can’t say I am surprised.

Oh Magoo, you've done it again. How can a billionaire be so indecisive and make as many poor decisions regarding this team as he has. Can't he pay or find any long-standing, capable NFL guy weekend call the shots and make some good decisions.

If Ross finds out he can get one of the Harbaugh boys, he will do that and fast...and I think that's what the waiting is going to be about

I’m sure he has that great football man Matt Higgins and Carl Petersen in his office right now advising him on his next course of action.... :bang:

He either intended to keep Gase but he has become unsure due to today's game or he won't fire Gase unless John Harbaugh is available.

I feel like the majority are going to complain no matter what he does. But the smart thing to do here is find out how many names out there are better than what he currently has and what his odds are at obtaining them. Sadly there are better places out there right now than an average team with no qb on the roster worth a damn.

Probably, but it would still be a mistake. He needs to start with a GM/VP and let them pick the staff, not pick a coach and find a GM willing to work with the new coach.

Make no mistake, Ross is, and has been, the number 1 problem with the Dolphins. I continue to believe this team will never be a contender until he divorces himself from all football decisions and places them in the hands of a legit football mind or sells the team.
