I don't get how you came to that conclusion. fisher and cowher wanted thier own yes men and ireland is clearly in charge of football operations, in fact cowher said NO to the entire league, he doesn't have it in him to coach again, but I guess it's irelands fault cowher doesn't want to coach again.
