I was really down on Gesicki after his rookie year but he got a lot better in year 2. Hopefully the improvements continue into year 3 and beyond.

I'm telling you, one day he's going to catch a touchdown and dunk that football over the goal posts while putting it between his legs ala Vince Carter and you guys will be like...huh
Biggest difference in terms of pass catching is routes used. Much more seam routes where Gesicki is a tough cover. When he ran crossing routes this year there was usually another WR to help clear space.
Out of curiosity I looked up rookie highlights and a majority of his catches were TE drafs, crossing routes underneath where he was the only one running the route, and hitches.

Looking good. Hope whatever QB change is in store doesn't result in a setback. Doesn't have the speed of Gronk, but has the height and jumping is off the charts.
