I couldn't disagree with this more.
the coaches put in a quick passing gameplay in for the last game. The jets sold out on the short routes. The QB had no where to go with the ball because his receivers were getting jacked on the short routes.
then, they tried a very few times to run longer routes and tannehill got killed.

Mayock also was high on Melty Ryan if you recall, and that's even seeing him firing up goose-eggs in the 2nd half of the VT ACC championship game (after beating them in season..typical eh?) . Guess he didn't think that was a portent of his total 24 second half offensive points, other postseason quarters and games being shut out offensively and going forward in the pros, 1-4 post season record despite having the same arsenal of weapons he had during the season. So the question is: does Mayock not know what he's talking about in general? Or can he be cut some slack for not using existing evidence to factor in chokeability? You better believe at this point he'd be pretty hesitant to bet a chunk of his hard-earned money on a Ryan postseason success :idk:

I mean this coming year, as in the 2014 season. I don't think top 10 or just outside of it wins us many playoff games unfortunately.

I agree with you, but even I at 210 would probably block far better then Martin did this past season.
