Nice, I listen to this regularly and find the host quite good. Will definitely be listening at some point.

I like this guy more and more. It may not always have a lot to do with football, but it's nice to have a coach who is personable and relatable. Makes following the team via media more fun. I'm excited about his football IQ too obviously. Nice tidbits in here to get a glimpse of how he thinks. I'm encouraged by how he wants to build relationships earning respect and trust and getting players to buy in. I was a Flores fan, but I think we see why he wasn't working out, especially with Tua. This is refreshing on the outset now. Hope it stays exciting as McD gets going with the team.
 
He really is refreshing to listen to from a not so refreshing to listen to head coach interviews perspective.

Has a way of making you feel like you wanna hang with the guy and talk about football and other things.

Really engaging type guy.
 
This dude has a unique blend of energy, honesty, humor, dry wit, and self awareness/accountability to his personality. Very refreshing! I was very high on this guy early before it was announced he was in the running and I love the hire. Hopefully we got our guy this time. I Haven’t felt this good about the HC hire in a LONG time!
 
Is it me or is it strange that a coach would do any media type interviews before having an introductory press conference?

Seems to me that’s what any organization schedules first and then all the media side stuff.

Yea, I think it’s by design due to the times we live in now. But yea, it’s a little strange.
 
Listening to this made me feel a lot better about him. I get the impression that he is going to throw a lot into the offense. I highly doubt it will be a boring offense like we have seen for so long.
