Good info. I heard some of this on a podcast, drive time I think, earlier today. One thing that stood out to me was the level of success players had under his respective coaching positions everywhere this guy has been. Was also interesting that the 49ers promoted him to OC when he had an outside offer for the same position, seemed like an aggressive move to keep a valued staff member
