Frerrotte is a solid pick up. he does know the offesnse... He has played well backing up Culpepper... That being said. Dont look at Frerrotte as the future. we need a QB not to shoot the lights out... but play smart ball and limit dumb mistakes.
Lets not bring up every has been cant become a starter QB in the league. Lets get rid of Feeley. Take the cap hit. Let Sage take care of mop up duty. And lets look to the future. Lets look at who is in college who might not be a top ten pick... but definately a late round 1st round pick who might be interesting. Remember Marino fell to 28th. There can still be some great talent that isnt necessarily a top ten pick.
