The most impressive DL to me in the preseason was Odrick, especially when he lined up over the center on 3rd and long....great moves and always got pressure up the middle....with him pressuring the middle Wake should be able to clean up on the outside........I hope this guy is right, we dont want to get in a shoot out with Brady...

That is entirely not true.

Jared Odrick and Randy Starks will create ALOT of problems for New England when Miami goes to a 4 man front on 3rd downs.

Watch out for the Chop Blocks and the Crackback blocks. NE may panic if it gets too bad and try to hurt somebody.

The tweet should read: "Pats will struggle with Cam Wake". We don't have much of a pass rush outside of Cam. Our inside guys can clean up when the QB tries to step up, but they aren't great straight up pass rushers.

Agree. Didn't see much of a pass rush from anybody outside of Wake...and Spears but we cut him.

Preseason sacks:

A.J. Edds - 1.0 sacks (we cut him)
Jason Trusnik - 2.0 sacks
Ryan Baker - 2.0 sacks
Jimmy Wilson - 1.0 sacks
Robert Rose - 1.0 sacks (we cut him)
Quinton Spears - 1.0 sacks (we cut him)

Out of all these guys Spears showed the best pass rush consistancy. Baker was actually pretty impressive as well but he won't see much action and neither will Trusnik. Wake didn't get a sack in his limited time but he was in the backfield a lot.

If Cam gets hurt say goodbye to any pass rush.. our DLine is good but we still had to blitz in the preseason to get any pressure outside of Wake.
