Mike Sherman and Rex Ryan have something in common

My guess was close: familiarity with Michelle Ryan's private parts (which would assume that unlike Rex who is "a big tool" our studly new OC has one!)
 
Well we know it isn't head coaching success.

Reading this board is great entertainment. You guys are so obsessed with the Jets it's scary. I guess that's what happens when you root for a team that has been as irrelevant as the Dolphins have been for more then a decade.

It's funny, I grew up considering the Dolphins to be the Jets number one rival, now they are in Bills territory as too irrelevant to even care about.

As I said, I get great entertainment reading these boards and the unhealthy obsession Dolphin fans have for the Jets.

I believe most Dolphin fans get more enjoyment out of the Jets losing then the Dolphins winning. Of course that can't be proven considering the Dolphins never win.

Yeah we never win. Except when the dolphins stove piped those 53 sissys you call a football team right outta the playoffs.

Man, I smoked a pork shoulder and a slab of spareribs yesterday. Did a coarse chop to the pork, dusted the meat with my rub and then added a little of my East Carolina vinegar sauce and mixed it all together. Turned out really well. Had a sandwich for lunch today. Really think its better the second day.

That post is about as relevant as the Dolphins last decade plus.
 
Jest mediocrity sandwich:

7-7 plus 2 Salvation Army backdoors into the playoffs, beating a dead team walking and then squeaking by a decent, choke-oriented team because their usually accurate kicker missed 2 easys while the jest QB went 12-23, 100 yds with 1TD and 1Int.

Season included beating teams with a cumulative .400 winning percentage, losing 6 out of 7 games and then losing to Atlanta at home when it originally counted

2011 .500 mediocre season (and at that thanks to Tony Romo) where jest choked away any hope of yet another backdoor gifting into the playoffs...to the already-better playing Fins


I see that as 1 reasonably tasty slab of liverwurst sandwiched between a rancid piece of rye bread and a stale piece of pumpernickel. But since "perception is reality" please carry on deluding yourself if it lets you sleep at night or think that you're not in reality clustered with the other divisional teams not named "New England"
