Mike Sherman for OC? Ryan Tannehill for QB?

I only want Tannehill if we trade way down into the 20s and pick up some serious picks. The kid has a lot of talent but he's careless with the ball in big situations. He threw a lot of bad picks in the 2nd halves of big games. See him vs OK St. for example.

Lol u might want to change yr sig dude.

LOL.........Im working on it.

Tannehill was a WR at A&M his first 2 years and a very average QB!!! He has very good speed and a decent arm but is a project player. He is only rated as a 2nd rounder cause of the lack of QBs in the Draft. If Barkley and Jones came out, he would be a late 3rd at best!!! I would draft Weeden before Tannehill and I wouldn't draft Weeden until the 3rd. I'm tired of waiting on QBs to develop so we should get Flynn because he is NFL ready.

we always choose the so called NFL ready guy instead of drafting a guy so what else is new

If we pick up Flynn I don't see us drafting Tannehill or any other QB in this draft...really next years corp of QBs will be much better and deeper. Plus I think Pat Devlin would be excellent in the WCO and I'd like to see what Philbin can do with him before we go all out for another draft pick in a very weak QB group.

Id prefer Hue Jackson myself as OC the Sherman....... But i do like the hire of the HC though. Only time will tell what happens.

Yeah but you have to assume Coach brings in a west coast offense much like the one in GB. Hue Jackson would not fit.

devlin much loved on finheaven not so much to coaches and gms of nfl

Ideal off season : Free Agency - Carl Nicks and Dashing Godson.
Draft - trade up for RG3 OR take Kendall Wright in round 1 and Weeden or Oswieler in round 2.

Better not pick him at 8 or 9 tho. Kiper and McShay both said he's mid 2nd round to early 3rd at earliest. Also he won't be participating at the combine due to a broken foot

If his foot heals, there is only a small chance he drops to second round. I'd rather wait though and hope we can draft Weeden in the second. I'd like to see them try to get Blackmon or Reiff in the first round.

Sherman might not be a bad choice as well. I don't buy the Tennehill connection though. The suggestion of H. Jackson wouldn't be bad either, but there's no tie to Philbin and I don't think he hires someone as OC he has no familiarity with, especially if he has to keep Bowles as DC.

Tannehill has a smoking hot girlfriend.

Tannehill is too raw, to be investing in, when you need a starting QB.

He will be a first round pick even with his foot being broke

Actually, if you want to see what Moore has as a full time starter while also hedging your bets, Tannehill is the ideal choice. By the time you've seen enough of Moore, Tannehill should be ready.
