Mike Sherman & Kevin Coyle to named Dolphins' OC & DC barring any uexpected issues.

Awesome how this is shaping up.

I was bummed when I read that he was "forbidden" from recruiting/poaching any Green Bay coaches.
Very pleased now.
 
Sherman turned a wide receiver into a quarterback and was part of the development of Hasselbeck. Who ever is the talent we draft at QB will sure have a great coach.
 
Many believed Sherman could land in Cleveland, Browns just sign Childress, reports suggest Sherman has already accepted Miami's job.

Does anyone else realize how crazy that sounds???
 
I initially said I would take a wait n see approach with the naming of Philbin as the HC but its hard to not start getting at least a little excited at the pieces he is putting in place. I really hope this is the begining of a new era of football for Dolphin fans. The drought we have suffered through has gone on far too long. Go Miami!

I think Sherman coming here is great. We have 2 guys who know 2 of the top QB options for us at just the right time. They HAVE TO know if these guys can make it. This can only help us and gives us a huge advantage on whether or not to throw everything we can for RG3 or possibly get Flynn, or Tannehill at 9 if Philbin or Sherman think they have what it takes. Even if Sherman leaves next year, he is a hell of an offensive coach and he can help Philbin a lot this year. Getting coaches with a lot of experience can only help Philbin ease into being boss.
