I don't know if these reports are substansial enough, but I read in my local paper (Fort Pierce Tribune...which basically steals every Dolphins article from the Sun-Sentinel) that when a head coach is hired, may it be Mora, Gailey or Cameron, Mike Shula may join the Dolphins as a top offensive assistant, spelling trouble for Mike Mularkey.
It doesn't say offensive coordinator, or anything specific for that matter, but I would be disappointed if Jason Garrett doesn't get a shot at OC.
