Mike Shula or Jay Gruden for HC!

I want a coach that we could keep for 20 years and those two names fans will actually pay attention too not dave toub or philbin. Mike Shula was decent at alabama I say we give him a shot. John Grudens brother cant be that bad we need to take a risk with a young coach kind of like the broncos did with Josh McDaniels. It might work or might not.

Coaches don't coach for 20 years in this league any longer. Three or four down years, and most of them find themselves looking for a job.

I honestly don't know what happened with Mike Shula at Alabama but I don't know how he warrants the hire beyond the fact that he'd probably be loyal to the franchise. Couldn't hurt to interview him, I guess.

At some point Shula may be a good head coach, I think he needs another stint as oc. He is a good qb coach.
