Shula is currently the frontrunner for the Alabama job, but there hasn't been a lot of talk about it on these boards. I hope he gets the job, he is a good QB coach but this is a big job and it would be great for him if he gets it. However, we will be out of a good QB coach. I heard he was a terrible OC in Tampa, but hopefully he can be a good coach in Alabama if he lands the job.

I also really DON'T want Shula to be our OC, which is another reason why I want him to get the job. I don't know if he will be a good head coach, but we will see, and I hope he is good at Bama if he gets the job.

Mike didn't get a fair shake early in his career, and was blamed for the pitiful Bucs Offense...

Smart move for 'Bama, keeping it in the 'Bama family...

I want him to stay. He's been with Fiedler for awhile and it's never a good thing when you lose a coach. He won't become our OC anytime in the near future, Norv is here to stay, at least for awhile.
