Why not. The guy has done great in Carolina. How great would it be to be to have a second Shula lead us to greatness. Can not be worst then what we have and it would bring excitement back to our team. What is the worst that can happen he has a season like Gases? How great would it be to have a great team that links between our best moments in our history and the team in 2018, With the right coaching we are not far away. We have a top 12 if healthyQB Tannyhill can be alot like Cam if not better. We have better wrs then Carolina.

Give it up. Miami won't be shopping

I remember he was considered the year we hired Cameron. Gase has at least two more years to get this right so no need to think about this now

I think fans would be more satisfied starting threads about which GM they want.

In this organization, it has the most power to influence the product on the field. The right GM can lure the right coach and handle this team correctly in the draft and FA.

Actually, fans may be more satisfied starting threads about draft needs and leave the departure of Ross, Tbaum, Gase, Burke, et al filed under 'delusion.'

Hopefully with the luxury of the upcoming offseason and benefit of retrospect, Gase, who's a smart guy will have time to empiricize on what he's done wrong, done differently, and where he should and could have made corrections. We would also hope that he does an introspective on his own play-calling.

And he will be back - at least if it's Ross's decision. YOu can bet the farm on it because Ross and his "secret scout" were the ones to hone in on him and instruct Tannenbum to deliver him. So he's got a vested interest in Gase's success.

Now Tannenbum is a predatory jackal who I'm sure will be in Ross's ear, in a self-preservation mode, attempting to deflect the blame for this cluster**** of a season to Gase... and away from his own gawdawful personnel decisions along with his useful idiot. And while there's plenty of blame to go around, including Gase's, hopefully Ross will not be impressed and instruct him to hit the bricks (at least we can hope).

Anyway, that's a scenario that's plausible. Whether Tannenbum can persevere in the organization like the hardy ****roach he is, is to be seen.

Putting the current coaching and front office staff aside, i imagine the sheer weight of walking in your father's footsteps and the expectations that all that entails is so above and beyond that it would literally crush the man into the earth as he walked into the building.

I’m not sure Shula would want to come here and always be compared to his Dad. Too much pressure to do what his Dad previously did. I know I wouldn’t want it.

Mike Shula has done great?

Carolina is 15th in ppg, 27th in completions, 25th in completion %, 24th in pass yards, 22nd in TDs, 8th in most INTs thrown, and 15th in sacks allowed.

Now they're 5th in rushing yards, 10th in rush average, and tied for 7th in TDs.

I don't see any of this as really being great.

If I were a potential head coach, I would not come here with Tannenbaum in charge. It's career suicide.
I wonder how many coaches, free agents (that want to win a title ) , auxiliary staff are deterred by TBAUM in charge.
