This may be way off base, but what happened to this guy. He showed some promise with the Jags and is a Florida native. I know he is currently a free agent, why are teams avoiding him?

At this point, sure, he'd be a lot better than Naanee. I'm still waiting for Matthews to get his shot. I just wish Armstrong would catch the ball, god his speed would help us! Ginn v2
I haven't heard a legit explanation as to why he is still available.
