With the inexperience with Gase at head coach, bring in the experienced Mike Smith for DC. Mike Smith has a defensive mind and with the ability of Suh to build around he can make our Defense top 3 in the NFL. Defense always wins Championships, hopefully Tannenbaum believes this philosophy because look at the history of the NFL. Check out his resume. If know one hires Smith at Head Coach why not take the DC job in beautiful Miami.
