just my opinion, and i know they will never admit it, but i think the falcons would be a better TEAM with schaub at QB. his play this season was often better as far as fitting into the offensive flow than vick's. vick is talented, has a great arm, and brings the fans, but he doesn't know how to run the offense.

vick is way overrated, he hasnt dun anything in his career except run.

It's been proven time and time again that the Falcons aren't nearly as likely to win when Vick isn't playing. Defenses have to devote so much attention to Vick that it opens up the rest of their offense a lot more than when he isn't there.

Maybe it's just the wrong offense. I don't think the West Coast offense is right for him. He does have a cannon of an arm, but lacks the touch pass. So, it's just not suited for him to do short passes.

Michael Vick is overmatched mentally in the NFL. He will never be more than what he is now. Capable of making spectacular plays, but unable to make the routine ones on a consistent basis. He had a good running game and a decent defense and could not lead his team to the playoffs.
He is nowhere near the QB the NFL thought he would be when he was drafted 1 overall several years ago.
He hasn't re-defined anything, let alone the QB position.

I have to respectfully disagree. I think it's more of a case of trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.

Why does everyone think the offense was SOO much better with shaub?

He had one great game against a patriots team that was severly banged up in the secondary and now he is a great QB? His career completion percentage is 47% well it was with 2 games to go in the season and I doubt he got enough playing time to truely change that. He didnt improve in his second year either, his completion % has been at 47% both his years in the league

I dont think ANYONE could be a great QB with their recievers, anyone see the year Vick missed with injury? How did the Falcons do? They sucked, then he comes back and they are immediatly better

Cause you know. He sure didn't prove his passing game worth a crap when he played us. :rolleyes2 ... He's not overrated, Atlanta wins games with Vick. Just because he's a coverboy doesn't make him overrated.

What does this talk about Vick have to do with the Dolphins??? Who cares about Vick?
