Were obviously on to something. They complained about not being used properly (Or AT ALL at times) and most fans bashed them especially Wallace. Well.... I'm seeing some of the same things those guys complained about still happening.

1. CLEARLY.... Greg Jennings in not playing well right now. He's had several drops going back to pre-season and training camp. WHY IS HE STILL ON THE DAMN FIELD? When you have a young up an comer like D. Parker that's clearly ready to make plays?

2. Kenny Stills.... Why isn't still in the game more? Especially over Greg Jennings.. in my opinion at this point Jennings should be coaching

3. Rishard Matthews.... Took them 4 damn years to start using this guy! This should be a fireable offense in itself.

4. Jordan Phillips your second round pick INACTIVE?? REALLY??? WTF??? It's not like the veteran Dlineman are playing well.. If we're going to suck.. I'd much rather suck with the young guy with upside and sit earl mitchell's azz down

5. #24 I don't even want to mention his name! He was picked on 2 weeks in a row and was helpless to do anything about it. Again, if we're going to suck, I'd much rather suck with a young guy with potential. Jamar Taylor, Bobby McCain, Tony Lippet...? I mean they can't do much worse than #24. He plays like he has NO CONFIDENCE in his ability.

I'm sure I could think of more examples but I'm getting upset typing this so I'll stop.

It's the coaches. No one motivates or develops anyone here. Charles Clay looks motivated and happy to be in Buffalo even said something about feeling more values there.

our 1 sack this year came from..... wait for it...... wait for it...... yup, Phillips. Where was he yesterday? Inactive.

The team is flawed just like in Dan Marino's years which either lacked Defense, a running back or both. The lack of those players caused Dan the Man to put the team on its back and outscore their opponents. What those teams didn't lack was coaching! This team is going to waste Ryan Tannehill's skillset by not surrounding him with the right kind of players or coaches. What a shame! Not bad enough to get the top pick in the draft and not good enough to make the playoffs......a vicious cycle of mediocrity.

Why start a thread about WRs?

With all of the legit problems that they have?

WR is not one of them. This should be obvious.

It's like seeing a box packed with biological weapons,

sitting in the middle of time square on New year's Eve...

and then talking about the bow and the ribbon. :chuckle:

Joe "Queasy" Phailbin can not recognize talent nor develop talent. Ireland had the same issue with him, in that Joe "Queasy" Phailbin was not using the players that had been drafted. Former dolphin players excell when on other teams.

Mike Wallace, 12 catches this season for 150 yards. Longest reception 22 yards.
Brian Hartline, 7 catches 117 yards. Long of 41.

ZERO TD's between them.

Landry, 24 for 230. Long of 36
Mathews, 16 for 262. Long of 48 and 3 TD's.
Jennings and Stills combined = 59 yards.

I would say our top 2 receivers are out producing those who left.

Philbin, Coyle, and Lazor live in an alternate reality.
They have no freaking clue what they are doing and no answers now that they have been exposed.

Getting rid of Hartline and Wallace was a no brainer. Hartline was only effective between the 20's and Wallace was over paid for his production.
Landry and Parker are better players with more upside...and a lower cost.

I'll help you with a few others, Odrick screaming at him on the sidelines during a game, Randy Starks flipping him off after a sack, I'm sure they're more.....

I think maybe some more important questions to ask is why established players in this league suddenly look like hot garbage. Jennings declining was reasonable to expect but the coaching staff has him playing worse than he ever has. Stills an ascending player in this league is a complete nonfactor. Suh is obviously the clearest example of a great player being destroyed by these coaches. McCain was competent in Pitt and looks lost now. Phillips has done nothing but look impressive in small doses so of course he's inactive.

It's all just a laundry list of **** ups.

I think you have it wrong, the two who replaced them are Stills and Jennings....Mathews and Landry played with those two guys.....see this is our problem, we get rid of talent and instead of adding to it we replace them with players who are not as good....we should have Wallace, Mathews, Landry, Hartline and Parker on this staff...

Our coaches do suck. They want good soldiers regardless of ability. Phillips probably showed something were he wasn't working like they wanted him too this past week so he got sat down. Jennings probably conducts himself very professionally so he keeps getting reps in games. It's nuts. They should play Landry, Matthews and Parker the majority of the time and sprinkle in Stills to stretch the field. Jennings should be there in case of an injury at this point.
