Miles Austin being cut by Cowboys

His hamstrings are like rubber bands. No way you take a chance on a guy that the florida heat will cramp up big time. If he signed for the league minimum, yes but we should be on the phone with Hakeem Nicks agent right now. A change of scenery is what Nicks needs. It isn't like he hasn't been good in the past and at his worst he will probably catch more td passes next year than hartline has in his career.

Similar players. I love Austin too, he was damn good basketball player.. Used to smoke me in pick up all the time.
 
I don't know why all you Negative Nellys are down on this idea. I've always wanted to see a WR made of glass line up in a Dolphin's uniform. Would be really cool looking!

well we had a glass cb last year so why not and we had a glass wr before named Yatil Green
 
I purposed this idea three years ago, man I'm glad it didn't come to fruition!!! If Austin came to Miami it'd have to be for a little bit of nothing, kind of a prove it contract or something with a lot of escalators.

With that said I just don't see it happening. I'd rather go after a guy like Kenny Briit.
 
Pre-Kardashian, that possibility would have conjured up some excitement; At this point, he's on a downhill slalom barreling towards Kris Humphries territory, so no thanks.
 
who do fans think every move has to be a big move? a guy like this can be had cheap(by NFL standards), it would be a worthy gamble for any team. if he's healthy( a big if) he is very good, if not you move on. he's not commanding big dollars or tons of guaranteed money.
 
No thanks, we need all the healthy hamstrings we can get.
