Lamar Miller has been working out with fellow Miami Hurricanes alum Frank Gore this offseason.
Per reporter Barry Jackson, Gore has taken Miller "under his wing." They have been working out together twice a day. "The way Lamar is learning from Frank, it’s a beautiful thing," said former Cane (and current Steeler) Sean Spence. For his part, Miller believes he's "gotten quicker doing lateral work," and "become more explosive by training every day doing squats on my legs." Miller goes into his sophomore campaign as a high-end RB2.
