How come the Fins veterans don't report until early june (what espn said) but yet Collins, Porter, Moss, and proably more raiders and McNabb and other eagles i forget who are already reporting?

Most teams have veterans there this weekend- Saban limited the number of vet mini camps I think to reduce injury risks.
