In a league where the downfield pass is king, positional versatility and dominance in coverage are now the calling cards of some of the NFL’s best defenders. Minkah Fitzpatrick is only a rookie, but he is quickly showing that he has that versatility, ability and competitive fire to play multiple positions at a high level, and he is firmly entrenching himself as a top-tier defensive back in the process.

Why compare him to just rookies? I bet his stats hold up well league wide. Dude is going to be all-pro.
Not sure if you noticed, but this is comparing him to ALL rookie CBs from 2006 to 2017... Pretty impressive since it inevitably pits him against pretty much every active cover corners rookie seasons...

Kids my favorite player on the team atm. I mean it’s not hard to go with him with the crap that’s on this team.

I like X, but Minkah looks to me like he would be the best player at any position in the secondary, including boundary corner.

there is no such thing as top tier in the Dolphin defense (or offense), what games have you all been watching? M has been getting burned regularly just like everybody else.

Minkah is Miami's best secondary player..X is a good corner, but he has a few mental lapses a games that make me mad. When he's on he's elite, just got to get tid of those mental lapses..

This is objectively false.

My friend, you don't have Dolphinitis. What you have is an acute case of Talkingoutofyourassitis. I'm going to need Dr. Ryan and Dr. Bagpipe to confer with me on this before we can determine the best course of action for treatment.
