The topic on Henne's efficiency rating comparison got me to looking closer at some numbers. If we throw out the two worst games of the season for Henne, both being severely influenced by the weather, his completion percentage jumps to nearly 65%. Nobody completed much of anything in the Jets game during that freezing rain, and the New England game was just as marred. I'm not saying it absolves him of all of his sins as a QB, but a 65% completion percentage is a good start.

I've heard of "fair weather" fans, but this is really taking it to another level.
I'm by no means an apologist for the guy. I screamed at the tv when i saw that we had drafted him, and many of the decisions he made last year made me want to take a bat to his head. I'm just hoping, maybe foolishly, that the light can come on in his head.
