2 sacks in 3 games, what a LOSER. C'mon, he didn't get a sack but he's still getting some kind of consistent pressure, something the other 6 members of our front 7 aren't doing.
P.S. I thought it'd be a picture of Koa Misi. This guy needs some sort of help from the other side.

How bout.. in today's game, Wake had 0 sacks, 0 tackles, 0 effect on the game (oh wait, he had one BS holding call against him that wasn't even holding, he just fell, but Fins got lucky there)
i hear ya on that one brother. i hope he isn't going to be looking for no 10 mill a year after this season. if so......take care, it was fun. as far as kia busty, that guy is yet another wasted draft pick. guy is the definition of awful.

I'm as frustrated as anyone with Wake's 'disappearing act', but while it's not an excuse, Wake is no longer sneaking up on opposing teams. Teams are game planning against him now. The guy still has to get to the QB though.

He put alot of pressure on the QB. He might not have gotten stats, but he did have ALOT of effect on the game. Colt McCoy struggled for a reason today and it sure as hell wasn't because of our secondary.
Dude needs a DE on the other side to take pressure off him. It isn't all on him

I didnt want to be the one that posted this. Im glad you did. Ive been biting my tongue on it. Nobody even considered going into this season the possibility of Wake being a one year wonder. Im not saying he is. Im just saying it was possible and what would happen if it turned out to be the case. Last year was a breakout season. He will be sneaking up on nobody this year. He wouldnt be the first player in NFL history to have a huge year and then fall into mediocrity if he did. Long way to go this season, but he simply hasnt had the same impact so far that he did last season.
First of all, he was not a draft pick. Secondly, He had 14 sacks last year and made a ton of plays. He is being double and triple teams since we have no one else..... get a freaken clue before you make incredibly stupid statements like the dribble I just read.

It doesn't help when Misi completely ****ing blows and JT hasn't been much better. We need another pass rusher opposite Wake in the worst way.

The ILB's suck as well, I think Burnett has been the most invisible in the LB corp, some coverage LB he is. What an upgrade to Crowder he has been, lol. I think Dansby has been sucking as well, they all look really slow. Anyone see Watson smoke Dansby today? Luckily McCoy threw a bad ball or Ben would still be running. We really shored up our ILB coverage with Dansby and Burnett, great upgrades Jeff.
