VERY satisfied with our draft, but do wish we had added a Safety or TE with some development potential.

That being said between now and training camp is there anyone else out there you would like to see added?

I have no idea who the potential June 1st cuts might be - if anyone has that info please post!

So I will say:

- I want Gary Barnidge added to help alleviate the loss of Dion Sims and adding a strong receiving threat to the stable if Julius goes down with injury.

- Another veteran Safety option in case Jones goes down for any length of time

- A veteran Center in case Pouncey goes down (unless we think this is Larsen?)

Go Dolphins!!

Sign a K or two. Let's not forget how shaky Andrew Franks is. A punter for Darr too. He's trending in the wrong way.

I think we are pretty well set at this point... the most logical possible additions for now are probably slot cb, center, or free safety. Maybe guard still??

I hope we add Ben Braden for an udfa, and will keep saying it until he is signed somewhere. Our draft gurus all like him.. competition can't hurt.

Tunsil / Asiata / Pouncey / Larsen / James
Young / Bushrod / Urbik / Braden / Smith

and I would feel pretty good about our line. It would be solid with our vets, older veterans for depth and versatility, and young guys with talent to mold and develop waiting in the wings as more depth (Asiata, Braden, Smith)

If we refuse to spend on the OL, might as well go all in on these day 3 / undrafted guys

If Pouncey wasn't so injury prone, I'd be ecstatic about that lineup. Unfortunately, he'll most likely break down again, forcing Larsen to center. Hopefully, Bushrod or someone else can at least not be bad at RG.

I could see the Bengals releasing Adam Jones... He might give Miami a slot corner, a bit of an attitude on defense (for good and worse) and also handle the punt return duties if he's willing to sign a one year deal.

I like what we have done this off season so far.

I think we still need find another G/C piece for our OL but if we cant we now have 4/5ths in place on paper and depending on what Larson can bring we may be set. I like what I have read about the UDFA OL we just signed (Smith) a possible piece of the depth puzzle.

I think that we are good in the TE department but understand the skeptical outlook on Julius Thomas. If Gase can get Thomas of old to break out again then the group of Thomas, Fasano and Grey will be just fine.

I think our S spot is just OK (could use an upgrade but is one available out there?). We can get by the first 8 games as is and then we can get TJ McDonald in there and we will be good.

Obviously the Injury Bug will EFF everything up if it strikes... But all in all I am happy as the roster stands.

I like this idea, I know he was linked to hear before but that was when VJ was DC

I just don't think we have anyone on the roster who could be a true TE1 if Julius goes down and that leaves me really concerned.

I would way rather have another veteran depth signing and Barnidge checks a lot of boxes for that, also love his size.

I want a Kicker for competition & maybe a safety to compete with Nate Allen & Thomas.

Agreed, especially at Safety!

Does anyone have insight on any of the likely June 1st cuts???

Safety and Kicker. Even though Franks saved us in that one game, he is not NFL material. As for Center? Steen will do just fine.

Its hard for me to be against Franks, I was at that game in Buffalo and got to see him hit the 56 yarder to bring the game to OT.

Brother-in-law is a diehards Bills fans and got to watch his team lose right next to me LOL

Slot cornerback can be upgraded. I don't know if Tankersley can play there but Adam Jones would probably be an improvement on Bobby McCain. However, he comes with many years of very significant baggage. Defensive Coordinator, Matt Burke knows him from Cincinnati. He's getting on in age but still has the talent. Doubtful that we sign up for such a high maintenance player.

I remember reading that the FO was enamored with Lafayette Pitts CB udfa last year.. are they banking on a competition btwn he and Bobby McCain for slot? Unless we bring in another corner it's looking like it..

The talent at LB will drastically help out in Nickel packages imo, as well as Jones returning

O-line depth and hope a better stop gap at FS becomes available.
