hey guys i had to write a post regarding what ive been thry today to relieve some stress, a client of mine sends me tickets almost every home game via usps next day saturday service, today the mail dude comes but no tickets? i ask him if he possibly left them in the truck by accident he said no and to call usps after calling they explain to me that the package was misrouted to jacksonville last night but will be at my house by 3:00pm, but i will have to be home to sign for the delivery, so needless to say im sitting here bitting my nails waiting untill 3:00 well 3:00 comes and goes and still no tickets, i place a follow up call and the girl said theres nothing she can do for me, well now its 5:30 the tickets never came, and to make matters even worse i invited a new client to the game told him i had 2 extra tickets, he says wow this is great!! me and my dad go to a game every year but this year he has been sick and we havent been able to make it to any games. hes feeling alot better now and we would love to go!! well imagine how i felt when the tickets never showed, i called him and tried to explain what happen, it really sucked having to do that, so much infact that i went to ticketmaster.com and ordered him 2 tickets online it was 169.00 for sec 414 row 4, .and now im on my way to meet him to give him the tickets:shakeno: what a horrible saturday hopefully the fins will make my sunday a good one, i can still watch on tv.

That sucks....USPS should have to reimburse you....you might want to call Dolphins Stadium to explain the situation and maybe if you know which seats you had they make make an exception and give you the seats?? Or reimburse you for the cost of the two you had to buy? I would call the stadium up and tell them what happened.

i think they closed at 4:00 but some good sugestions ill look into it

maybe you can convince them to charge your credit card for those seats and reimburse the charge if you mail in the tickets? that way they wont think its a scam and you will still get your seats :)

Ever seen those UPS comercials.... "What can Brown do for you?"

Well the answer is absolutely nothing....

theres only one reliable Brown and thats our Ronnie!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear about your situation... Hopefully they win huge to compensate ya!

YOU MIS READ HIS THREAD HE SAID USPS NOT UPS
TIA

If your client is a season ticket holder..all you need is his name, address, phone number, and some proof by him <perhaps through a phone call, get their name> and you should be able to get your tickets...also, if he has his season ticket number..that would be very helpful. Good luck!

Yeah dont confuse the USPS (United States Postal Service) with UPS....UPS would have followed through on making the delivery if it was misrouted whereas the postal service couldn't deliver a package correctly if their lives depended on it.

All USPS will do for you is reimburse you the $13.65 paid for the Express mail Delivery. But if your pissed enough go to USPS.com there is a customer complaint feed back area. You won't get any money but But's will be kicked. It reflects poorly on the Area Managers and they will Lash out. BUT before you do that make sure you get the miss sent express Envelope and make sure who ever sent it put on the proper zip code for the recieving party

I work for USPS and considering the amount of Mail we get we do pretty good. Despite the Management and Union Zealots.

I was less than impressed when I lived in Macon, GA of all places (given the HQ) and you guys kept sending my packages back to sender at the distribution center and claiming that labels fell off when I called to complain. I will say that I have had no such troubles since moving to Richmond, VA, though.

you guys arent gonna believe this shi* but the tickets just showed up at my door 7:00pm unbelieveable!! unfortunately i bought 2 tickets i dont need

Maybe you can make some friends on the board who need some last minute tickets. I'd definitely pony up and help you if I were within 100 miles or so. At the same time, I'd probably have my own season tickets if I lived in that range.

Good luck, man. I'm glad our pseudo-governmental agency got it straight eventually except for that one phone rep who sounds like perhaps they couldn't be bothered.

All you had to do was call the client who sent you the tickets, and see how they purchased them, and what section, what row, and what seats. Then you call the Dolphins ticket office and explain the situation, and they will cancel the tickets, and have a new set waiting for you at the will call booth at Dolphins stadium.
