Mitchell and Albert press conferences

I don't care what some of you say I have no problem with the way Hickey presents himself at his pressers and good to hear he and Philbin working so well together.
 
Reporter: "We hear you are a run stuffer, do you like that title, does it describe you?"

Mitchell: "I'm a football player"
 
Got 2 good football players on our team. Real excited to see how they preform. I thought they both presented themselves well. Albert is massive, looks real athletic for his size. Talks like a leader and a hard worker.

yeah he is. and he is not a pizza belly plow boy. i was amazed at how trim and fit he looks.

and the thing i saw, the guy is going to be a REAL leader on that line. he will get in guys faces when their sluffing. and he will also lead by example.

he has those CRAZY EYES like mike singletary had. i would hate to be the guy across from him with those eyes glaring out of that face mask. a much more intimidating guy than i had him pegged for.

i liked his confidence. he is not lacking there at all. i think this is a real winning transaction and will go on to say that he will be the best lt we have had since richmond webb!!

EARL MITCHELL? caged animal. he wants to be a DT and says that is where he makes the most plays. i read somewhere he ran a 4.75 40 at 298lbs!! he COULD end up being a pass rush dt in the mold of warren sap, if the scheme allows it. he was one of my must have's on my f/a list going in so i was jazzed when we signed him. this is going to be a great signing when all is said and done.
 
He looks like a no nonsense kind of guy! Now go get to the quarterback.

Sounds hungry. He probably did a lot of the heavy lifting in Houston but the ends got the sacks and all the credit. Several talking heads on ESPN including Polian rated him at the top of the available DT's.
