6. I think one of the big spots in this draft is No. 19. The Dolphins don’t have a tackle at 19 they love, and at No. 20 sits Derek Carr-smitten Arizona. Teams behind Arizona know they have to move up to at least No. 19 if they want a shot at Carr. I am sure new Miami GM Dennis Hickey is getting some calls about the pick, and if I were him, I’d sell.

Yeah yeah I know smokescreen and all that, but it is a fair point. A lot of teams do like Carr.

Interesting there's Carr and then there's Cooks. 2 possible trades if that player is on at 19. I would love an extra 2nd

The 49ers want to trade up for a wr. They have alot of picks.drop down to 30 get an xtra 2nd.

I want Clevelands 2nd 1st and their 2nd so badly. If Manziel is still on the board they could overpay. If Texans move back early with Cleveland and get those picks then they will be eyeing Carr at 19. With the extra time I just have a strong feeling this night could get bizarre and become must see tv, which is what the NFL was hoping for I am sure. Teams have had so much time to become smitten with certain players that they will go above and beyond to nab that player. I might be wrong, it is just a feeling I am getting this year.

I agree on your sentiment, but I think the craziness and reaches will be in the top 10 range. Carr could be there at 19 for someone to overpay, but not Manziel imo.

Im all for a trade down, it would be nice to get some extra mid round picks

I sure hope so

Use the extra third to move up in the second

Yup. Even if we get only an extra third, we can try packaging that with our second to move back up or maybe use both 3rds to get another 2nd.

Either scenario should net us a quality prospect.

If Martin, Mosley, and Ebron are all gone by the time we pick, I would sell the pick without hesitation.

For the love of God, trade back... at least once if not twice. We need so much help at OL and LB and even CB that we can't trade back enough times as far as I'm concerned.

Get 2 or 3 2's and 2 or 3 3's. As long as Ireland isn't drafting, I'd be thrilled knowing there's a better-than-not chance of F-ing it up.

Saints trade up to jump ahead of Eagles for WR Brandin Cooks

Saints - 1 (19)

Dolphins - 1 (27), 3 (91), 5 (167)

Dolphins take RT Mogan Moses or JuWan James at (27)

Good, let's get a bidding war and get more than JJ's value chart says we should get. The value chart goes out the window (either direction) depending on whether a particular target is involved.
