Pretty in-depth (I think half hour) interview with Adam Gase

Talks about results, the running game etc but also adapting to being a HC, the shock of deciding meals on the plane etc all of a sudden

Very good interview. Gase pretty much admitted that the culture change was much deeper than thought

maybe it's just me, but I get the impression that Gase and his staff feels that a lot of our players did not know how to do the right things off the practice field

I think this has been a huge part of our problem since Shula left. Immature millionaires who don't know how to properly take care of themselves running around Miami and South Beach in their off time. It's not like Green Bay or even Charlotte where there's almost NOTHING to do. I'm sure players can get distracted there too, but in Miami there's always the beach, bikinis, night clubs and a bajillion other things to distract people with lots of money.

Can't remember a Dolphins coach who would have done that interview
