Mock Draft Pre-Combine

Hello All, I am a longggggggggggg-time lurker, ive been a member of the boards for a couple years now but i havent contributed in a long time. As it is, I come to Finheaven daily and this is a big source for me for various forms of entertainment, I want to thank all the posters and MODs for bringing this place back and making it better than ever...well enough rambling, here's an idea i have for our draft, criticize as you wish:

RD 1 - Chris Long DE/Virginia
RD 2a - Antoine Cason CB/Arizona*
RD 2b - Shawn Crable OLB/Michigan
RD 3 - Carl Nicks OT/Nebraska
RD 4 - Beau Bell MLB/UNLV
RD 5 - (N/A Trent Green Trade)
RD 6 - Brad Cottam TE/Tennessee
RD 7 - Erik Ainge QB/Tennessee

*I really believe Cason will slip to us because of McKelvin and DRC rocketing up the boards...

Cason is small, and there will likely be better players at 32.
I liek Crable, and considering I don't know who else will bethere, it is an ok pick.
Nicks would be a great pick there if he lasts.
Not sure where Bell's stock is at this point.
No way Ainge or Cottam last that long.

chris long would obviously work, although there are others that fit the bill as well.

cason, is my 3rd best CB, so you may be right about him being around.
I like the cornfed offensive lineman from nebraska as well.
beau bell fills a need. good pick.
cottam might have to be drafted a bit earlier if you want him.
as well as ainge. I don't see us drafting a qb that late in the draft. if we don't have one by the fourth or fifth round, I think parcells will sign a UDFA instead.

Looks like you are trying to address some big needs though, have to agree with you there. Might take somebody else with 32, depends whos around.
