With our first 2 picks, we could have a guy named Charlie Brown!:shakeno:

I like it all, I dont care who we bring at grooming QB as long as we do bring someone and its not a reach.

Of course you are expecting Webster to play FS, right?

Play Webster, Howard, or Poole at FS. Play the best of the bunch opposite Madison, and have the third man out be our nickel back. Look at what Belichick did with average talent in his secondary last year. Perhaps Saban can pull off the same trick. With that said, there's no way we're going to completely avoid growing pains next year.

I have heard good things about charlie frye as a matter of fact he would be a good pick up.:mrt: :mrt: :horsey:

Have you seen Frye play? I would not want him. I'd take Campbell, even McPherson, over Frye. He flashes some skill and size, but he is an inconsistent QB.

Also, read this note:

Not much. I'm not sold on any of the second-tier QBs in this draft, but I keep hearing that Saban has been spending a lot of time with Frye.

I'd spend our fourth-round pick on Andrew Walter.

Not a bad idea. Or, the kid out of Oregon St. - Great size, decent mobility, and very good arm.

CB Webster is rated ahead of Rolle in some mocks. I doubt he lasts past Round 1, maybe even before #20 overall.

His stock has fallen considerably. I've heard he's going to fall to the bottom of the second-round/top of the third-round. We'll see...

4th round if he is thier get c.roby wr he ran 4.3 in the 40 yard dash.Indiana college Reggie roby family.

like the brandon jacobs pick think the guy could have some success. I'd rather take a chance with McPherson than Frye.
