Monday Night footballs crew is absolutely horrid.
Mike Tirrico is a good announcer but he gets buried under a ton of crap that spews from the other 2 talking heads they brought in to support him.
I've always found Theisman to be one of the worst announcers of all time. Some of the things that come out of his mouth are absolutely mind boggling and idiotic.
I never thought I'd find another that could trump his ineptness as an announcer.
However, this Kornhole guy is an absolute ****y loud mouthed windbag idiot. The guy loves nothing more than to just hear himself argue about anything no matter how large or small. His personality is fine for his PTI ego show of two guys trying to get the drop on the other in arguing about sports but it is truly annoying in the role of an announcer. I want to hear good analysis about the game.
How many times did we have to hear Jacksonville was "making a statement to the world" if they beat Pittsburgh tonight?
You don't make a "statement to the world" by beating a division rival at home early in the season. This happens all the time. It's a good win for Jacksonville but no statements about a new dynasty being in town was made. :shakeno:
How about the last 10 minutes of the game where Kornhole kept taking the focus off of the game to prod Theisman to declare the game is over. It was rediculous.
They'd be talking about the game and all he'd have to offer is "so you think it's over now?" in a ****y tone.
Theisman of all people kept verbally beating him down with examples of why the game was clearly not over yet and how quickly things can change yet Kornhole just wouldn't let up. Idiot.
Anyone else annoyed with the tandem of Theisman and Kornhole as much as I am?
ESPN's Monday Night Football radio crew is great and they should switch them into the TV booth. Until they do I'll be turning the radio on for the games.
